Hello, I have this question I want to ask. Is it possible to order your main page, so you only see the categories, and when you click on it,you can see the forums?
This would be quite useful because I have a long list of forums.

ingchemie.forumup.org

Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by "order" a main page, but if you mean something like this page:
Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

No, we don't have that offered here. Sorry.

Tekny, the closest you can come to it, is to open one Category section at the time, by clicking the Category Titles.

If you click Algemeen you'll get this index page:

Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

...click Semester 3

Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

...click Semester 4

Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

...and so on...

Those URLs are a bit on the clumsy side, but if you want people to have a quick and easy overview, when they first come to the forum, then you could actually use a Category URL (preferably for an Information Category) to link to the forum, at least where you can embed the link in text, or where you use a button or a banner, like on your hompepage, for example...

Code:
[size=13][url=http://ingchemie.forumup.org/index.php?c=7&mforum=ingchemie][b]Industrieel Ingenieur - BCM[/b][/url][/size]

No, that's not a banner code, nor is it HTML. It is the BB-code for the link below it; i.e the code you need to use if you post the link on other forums, or if you put it in your signature, for example.

Code:
[size=13][url=http://ingchemie.forumup.org/index.php?c=7&mforum=ingchemie][b]Industrieel Ingenieur - BCM[/b][/url][/size]

Sorry, I should have made that more clear, straight away.

The same in HTML will look like this. Note that the font size "3" is just an example:

Code:
<font size="3"><a href="http://ingchemie.forumup.org/index.php?c=7&mforum=ingchemie"><b>Industrieel Ingenieur - BCM</b></a></font>

For a clickable banner to the forum, you will need this HTML code:

Code:
<a href="http://ingchemie.forumup.org/index.php?c=7&mforum=ingchemie"><IMG SRC="http://THE_URL_TO_YOUR_IMAGE_HOST/BANNERNAME.jpg" ALT="Industrieel Ingenieur - BCM"></a>

And here is the same, but opening in a new window:

Code:
<a href="http://ingchemie.forumup.org/index.php?c=7&mforum=ingchemie" target="blank"><IMG SRC="http://THE_URL_TO_YOUR_IMAGE_HOST/BANNERNAME.jpg" ALT="Industrieel Ingenieur - BCM"></a>

some sites can direct url to other ones, so it isn't possible to like here direct the main page
http//ingchemie.forumup.org

to this one

So if ppl visit my forum they are immediately directed to the second one.

I checked the admin panel, and I only found the domain name, but that's the main page

No, that's not possible, Tekny. It's "back to front" for the redirection feature in the Admin panel. What you are supposed to enter there is the "from" URL; i.e.
Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

which then redirects to ingchemie.forumup.org . There is no way to change the "to" URL.
