Please help. I am new to this forum business ...

I am currently locked out of my forum beacuse I changed my email address. When I saved my changes it said that my username had become inactive until I recieved a new "activation" email... but I have yet to recieve it...

I am also the administrator for this same forum under a different user name and have tried everything I could in the Admin Panel to fix this, but still can't figure it out.

Hi there

Go to Admin Painel, Users Admin»Adminitration, then type the user name, it will show the user details and you will see an option to activated the account in the end of the page.

Please clarify some things. Can you access the admin panel? In the other profile you have on that forum, is it a administrative profile? If not you can not access the admin panel through that profile.
