Help needed!
After the "big" update, some of our forum users have not been able to open the site. Page not found. Iīve tried my self to open the forum in 50 different webb readers and programs and it all seems to work, but still they canīt get access to the forum.

They have Mac and webb readers as Firefox, Safari and Explorer.

It all happened after the update, they say.

The forum works fine for everyone else.

I can see your forum fine too.

Ask them to delete their cookies (clear their cache) and then re-start the browser, that might work. Smile

Raketsport and UtmanareUomo, I can access both of your forums fine. When you say they have Mac, do you mean they all just have Mac?

I donīt know about all, but at least one has Mac and tried everything to get our forum to work. He was a frequent user before the update and he never had any problem to get access then.

Ask him if he can access other .se forums such as,

staff.forumup.se

And also a .com forum, such as,

staff.forumup.com
