|
|
I haven't been able to access my forum for at least 24 hours now... it's not "disabled" or anything, it simply won't load at all. It's as if Forumup.co.uk itself is down.
Can you shed any light on this? Is it permanent? Have they gone bust! Is our stuff safe/backedup?
I only ask because for some reason the Help Forum at forumup.co.uk now redirects customers to THIS forum (which is why I'm here)...
What's happening?
Thanks & Regards,

Thanks |

I left a message for our Webmaster, in case he didn't already know. We are sorry for the inconvenience. _________________ Margaret /gg'ssimon~ForumUp World-Wide Administrator

Thanks for the response mate, but why are "forumup.co.uk" users being re-directed to here, for Tech support, etc? _________________ Finger Lickin' Good! |

Because this is the support forum the the English language for ForumUp. No sense having duplicate forums in the same language, and then needing to get additional staff. It is all ForumUp, no matter what the domain extention is. _________________ Margaret /gg'ssimon~ForumUp World-Wide Administrator
