have had this message posted on our refuge forum so any input would be helpful thank you

This forum freezes my PC up and jams everything up? I've not been on in a while, I always had problems when I came on here with everything jamming up and closing things down on my task bar. I've just posted on here saying everything was ok now but NO....scream.... it jammed me up again and closed it down. Also had Nortons come up saying something was trying to access the internet and recommend I block it... sigh. Methinks this site doesn't like me (sob sob sob).... don't know if I can continue to come on if I keep getting the problems. Any help would be appreciated.... of course that's IF I can get back on... sob

It can be due to the ads trying load. I suspect your member uses Internet Explorer (IE), and perhaps not the newest, updated version 7. If that is so, tell the person to update IE to the newest version.

But, better yet is using Firefox. I used to have some problems with the ads when I was using IE, sometimes even the with the latest version, but with Firefox, no problems at all.

In addition, you could pay to not have any ads.
