Is there a way to adjust the HTML code for my forum to change the size dimensions on my banner?

Currently the template has the dimensions 508px by 125px.

My banner is 1270px by 125px

I can't see anywhere in my admin login to change the dimensions, I can do it easily if I can get at the code for the template. Is this possible?

My forum :

the code needs to be changed from:

<td width="508"><a href="index.php?mforum=cariniexchange"><img src="http://jamesbianco.com/carinilogo2.jpg" width=508 height=125 alt="Back to the index page" border="0"></a></td>

to this:

<td width="508"><a href="index.php?mforum=cariniexchange"><img src="http://jamesbianco.com/carinilogo2.jpg" width=1027 height=125 alt="Back to the index page" border="0"></a></td>

Like I said, where is the code stored and how can I (or am I allowed to) make this change?

Thanks!

Hello James, welcome! Wink

I tried to change the logo in my forum test using this guide Arrow

and using your same template and the image you posted, but the template resizes it automatically, because some templates do not allow a bigger logo.
If you want the logo to look bigger, you need to find another template or you can pay to remove ads, replacing ads with your bigger logo.

Sad

Thanks so much Simy, I'm very sad now. I really liked the banner I made. Oh well, maybe I can use a different template..
