This isnt really bad its just annoying the life outta me, on my forum every time e post something this other guy on another forum copies it and adds it onto his site, E.g: We made separate rules for our forum, like no swearing, u know, the usuals. And hes DIREctLY copying our stuff, its really anoying. Any suggestion?

P.s: It wont help if we ask him because he just says "ill do what i want".

As for the copying - make your forums private.

If he won't stop copying your things, maybe he will agree to give you credit as being the author, as in including you name or site as the reference source of where he got the material.

You could complain to his web host, if it really bothers you.

If you know his IP address, you can ban him by his IP address. The only thing about that is that some Internet Provider's pool several customers together with the same IP address. AOL does that, for example. Also, many IP addresses change from time to time, done by the Internet Provider.
