One of my moderators has been deleting posts. How can I check who is doing this ( no one is owning up) and is there a section showing deleted posts and by whom?

That's a mod not implemented by default. I don't think it's included in ForumUp.

In my opinion, you shall just ask your staff.

An option is to not allowed moderators to delete posts.
Make a trash section (invisible or not) so your moderators can move tópics to there if they think they should be deleted.

Please put your forumup forum URL.
