It states that my forum:

Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

has been locked temporarly. (I hope temporarily)

Please tell me why because I haven't a clue.

Where does it say, 'temporarily'? Once you break the rules/TOS and have been found doing so, depending on the severity of the content may it be illegal downloads, porn in public, hack, crack, etc. Your forum will be banned accordingly or be warned. In your case your forum's content had an no tolerance, automatic ban since there was porn in public.

As gg'ssimon stated, you may not recieve your forum back, a ban is a ban.

I see why it is not clear. The "Locked" page says the forum "is not available at this time." So that is not clear that it was banned.
