hi i chaned my email and never got a confirm link and now i can not log in is there away to send a new link

i get this come up You cannot modify a profile that is not your own. Sorry, but this username has already been taken. You can request change email only for account never used

Oh so did u mean that you have changed the e-mail of your own?

Also, Are u the admin of the forum? and would you mind repeating your question? I don't quite understand becuase of my bad english.

no i am not admin i changed my email on the site and from then i have not been how to log in it been saying my acound is inacive or username or password wrong

well this You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

Click the 'forgot password' then. Also enter the e-mail that you've registered with.

when i put that email in it comes up with The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username and when i put my new 1 in Sorry, but your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information

Then why not try the old one?

Strange. Maybe u gave the wrong e-mail. Try to fill in the field with all those e-mail you would have started with. That might help.

have to set a new name up

You said that you weren't admin of the forum. You should contact the admin of the forum that you are registering on. Then, if the admin cannot fix they will come to the support forum for help. We usually do not have users from a forum ask for help due to that most of the time the admin of the forum can fix it on their own.

If your admin cannot figure it out then tell them to come here and ask. The admin of that forum has a e-mail on his profile where you could ask for help.

EDIT: Also you have already asked in a guest section for help, the forum admin replied and said that they would be able to change it for you.
