My q is what next? I know that these backups are holded somewhere but how am I suppose to get them?

As stated in our FAQ about backups at

You must pay to remove advertisements for over 700,000 views, at least equaling 700,001, in order to use the Backup feature. You pay via Paypal in the Admin Control Panel > ForumUp.

So, you need to show the email receipt from PayPal showing that you did pay to remove at least 700,001 pageviews of ads. If you did not pay, then you cannot get a backup.
