Hi, I would like to know how backups work.. Today, I purchased 150000 views without ads and this allowed me to use the Database Backup feature in the admin control panel. I didn't get any "email the webmaster" messages, it just let me download the SQL file. Now... How do I go about requesting a backup of my forum files so I may migrate my forum to another server?

Thank you.

I read that before I posted, it's not very clear. So if I were to buy at least 700000 page views without ads, I can get a backup of my forum? I bought 150000 views and I was able to backup my database... Will I the forum files (posts, etc.) if I purchase the 700000 page views?

Thanks.

The backup is supposed to include the files and posts. Otherwise what is the point? I never did the backup procedure. So, contact the webmaster with your questions as it says in that FAQ.

Hi xspike92ax,

I am the webmaster's assistant. In order to get your backup, you have to send me via pm these informations:
1. forum name
2. owner username and password.
3. owner email
4.paypal payments id (for the amount to get the backup).

Then, you will get further assistance through a simply step by step system.

Thanks.
