On second look at your forum I noticed that the template you are using does not have a logo, and the image at the top can not be altered I don't believe. You might want to try a different template if you want a logo of your own.

Give it a try to change that image following the FAQ for changing the logo and see if it might work.

Sorry gg'ssimon its not the logo i have removed that, its the picture "banner" or whatever you want to call it that says "YOUR CLAN". i cannot understand why give people a template to use if the one thing everyone would need to change they can't. i have spent hours now reading posts and following links just to be still getting nowhere. Even having a blank page or at least one you could remove items you don't want and add others you do would be better then any of the templates on offer.
Just need to remember there are people out there that don't know the first thing about building websites all they want is...
step/1
step/2
step/3
and so on till they have got the site they want.

This is not your website. You have a free forum hosted by a company named ForumUp. 300 or so templates are made available. Some can be changed, some can't. If that particular template you now have is not able to do as you wish, select another.

If you want to customize a template with most of your own choices, see the FAQ at

Or, use the subSilver template and make various color and image changes to it. We have instructions on how do many things in the FAQ folder.

If you want complete total control of every aspect, you will need to get your own webspace and install the phpBB forum program, managing everything on your own.

However, if you would follow the instructions to change the logo, you will find that the banner saying "Your Clan" will change. I just tested it.
