I just want to ask how to edit or make a new title in index page?. The "TEST FORUM TITLE". How to make a new one?

Looking at your forum; seems like you already figured it out. Or do you mean the title at the very top?

How do I change my newly set up forum title?

safesouthwet.forumup.com

affiliated and want it to look more like
safeperth.forumup.com.au

want my title to read
SAFE Southwest - Saving Animals From Euthanasia (as SAFE Perth does).....

can I add the logo etc as well?
