Hey.. I'm Nessa..

My friend made me Admin of his board as well so I could help out and do some of the coding that he's not so good with.

So, when I post, it says 'Site Admin' under my name, as well as that 'God' icon.

However, my name is not blue like his in the 'Who's Online section,' I have no link to go to the administration panel, and the header of the site says 'Teen Titans, Go! - You can customize this space after log in as admin. See password sent to your email. The link to the admin panel is in the footer on the index page.'

I was just wondering how to fix this.. and I hope I'm in the right place haha.
But yeah.. thanks for the help.
I mean, I've asked around, and other Admins I know say they get the power automatically the next time they log in..

Thanks for your time.

The owner would need to change your permissions to admin. Just giving a rank label of admin does not give admin powers.

However, it is not recommended for the owner to allow anyone else admin powers.

Tell the owner to come to this forum and read our guides and tutorials to learn how to customize his forum. It doesn't require any coding.

However, that forum is set up, with new categories, new template, etc., so apparently, the owner has figured out what to do, just neglecting to change the title section.

Why are you asking us here about this matter? Why wouldn't you just the owner of that forum?

Thanks..

I'm asking here because he believes he has made me admin, I don't think he really knows how to do it. He probably changed the rank and thought he gave me admin powers.

I know you recommend not tot allow anyone else to be site admin. He and I have talked it over, and he told me he would like to share the power with me.

I do not intend to steal his forum or kick him off or anything, just to help him out. I know everyone probably says this, so you can either choose to believe me or not. I just hope you trust in my honesty - honesty is very important to me.

Anyways, thank you. I will direct him to a board on how to make someone admin, since that is probably the problem.
