i just seen your announcement

ImageShack and UpMyPhoto were inserted as the new free image hosting on .DK, .NL and .COM. They replace the former image hosting service of PostImage. PostImage had some problems with showing inappropriate advertisements.

will this change be happening to the uk sites as well ,
if so does that mean that any images that have already been loaded using postimage will be lost

I have suggested to the webmaster that he make the change on ALL domains.

No, the images will still be there. PostImage is a 3rd party image hosting service, so the links of the images will stay, all that is changing is the image host under where you type.

Hi Staff.

I must say, that I think your choice of provider for pictures are not appropriate ...

I have tried UpMyPhoto ... and the picture shows as a thumbnail in the message, and if you click on this thumbnail, the picture shows in a bigger size ... but with an ad besides the picture of half nude women !?!?!?

I will leave a message for the webmaster.

We had no way in knowing which ads the company would use for their own site.

Hi Achilles,
as you can see there are two system through you may upload your image:
1. IMAGE SHACK....the first
2. UPMYPHOTO....The second.

You may use image shack if you do not like the ADS of UpMyPhoto.

Anyway it's an ad about a slimming diet, which never hurts. If you know a site to upload images better you can safely tell us.
