I sent a message to your forum's owner email, so you need to check it and then follow the instructions. Reply in this same thread.

After that, I will handle the matter.

By the way, your forum is not what you wrote. Is is not teamuber.forum.com. Rather, it is

This most likely means that you are not the forum admin, or not the forum admin that has access to the e-mail address.

Make sure you check your spam/junk folders.

There is a difference between owners, and admins. A owner is most likely the creator of the forum. Admin helps manage the forum. Are you the one that created the forum? If so, are you sure you are looking into the right e-mail, and all your spam/junk folders?

Yes, i can verify that he is the owner of the teamuber forum. He hasnt received an email, so please can you send it to him. He wants to change the owner email to my email address, and everytime we try there is always a problem...

Please.. we cannot wait anylonger, as wildcard is fed up of doing this.

You will have to wait for our World Wide Admin to log in and handle the situation. So please be patient.

Oh, that may be due to the fact that your owner email has strict spam filters and often does not deliver mail from ForumUp. But, do you get email notifications of new posts on your own forum, with that email address?

How can you verify if he did or did not receive an email? Do you have access to his email account?

I did send an email to the owner email listed for the forum.

You never answered an important question. Do you get email notifications from your forum for PM's and replies to your posts?

Is the email address you have set in your profile the same as your the owner email address listed in the admin panel?

You can get the backup yourself. Click the button for it. It goes to the owner email address.
