Hi, risingsun.

I can see a lot of categories on your forum, so it seems that you succeed for a lot of the time.

When things like that happen for me, it is usually because I get tired and click "preview" or "forum index" before I have clicked "submit", after I have typed in the title of the new category or forum.

In other words, it is easy to forget one step, when doing it over and over again.

If that is not the case, then you need to give me more details. Is there a difference between the categories you have managed to create, and the failing ones, and so on...
