Rihanna, you will find a visual guide, step by step, how to change the logo here:

Please note that it does not work on all templates, but then there are other methods.
On some templates the logo/banner must be exactly the same size as the original, on other templates it can be bigger or smaller. And there is no way for us to remember the details about more than 300 templates...
You will have to test and see what happens. And if you run into problems, you can come back here, of course.

Rihanna, at the moment I cannot see your banner on your forum. All I see is the original, that comes with the template.
Did you put the banner on the lpch_abstract template (the brown and white one), or is it on another template. If it's on another template, you need to make that template the default, on the Configuration page in the Admin Panel.

Oooops, forget what I just said. The banner is there, it was just slow to load...
Yes, it is slightly to the right of the center of the "frame" around the forums, and all the time actually, rather than just when you open a topic.
However, the template is designed for "widescreen"; wider than a 800x600 resolution, which means that the whole forum seems to "slide" to the right, unless you use 1024x768 resolution.
If you have something like 800x600 on your computer, you will se that the demo template "slides" to the right in a similar way.

In other words, you have done nothing wrong, and there is nothing wrong with the template. And members who use "widescreen" will not get the "sliding" effect.
If you still want to get rid off it, you'll need to find another template, and check that it "fits" into the screen, to start with.
