Angel, you cannot change .net to .it , but there is no problem to have an Italian language forum on .net.
All ForumUp forums on all the domains have the same settings for language available.
Furthermore, .net is a language and country neutral domain, just like .com and .org for example, compared to .it (Italy) .co.uk (United Kingdom, England) .us (USA) and so on.
If it is very important for you to have .it, then the only way is to register a new forum on the .it domain.

Yes, there are some problems with the time settings. They tend to "slip behind" on multi-forum setups. The best thing you can do is to experiment with the GMT + / - settings until you find a time that's close on the hour, at least.

I forgot to say that you can, of course, use the Italian Support forum even if you have your forum on .net .
The Support forums are first and foremost for the different languages they represent.

It is not quite the same Fox.
In .net there are some differences and .net is not functioning at the moment, as far as I can understand, and people do not understand the difference betwen . net and .it and they come to us in . it to complain

Yes, Diana, there are indeed minor differences between the domains, or between the servers, rather.
But I believe that you agree that it is better that the members turn to a support forum where they can fully understand the language.
In the few cases where there are differences, or when a certain domain suffers from problems, it is much more convenient if an English speaking member of the Staff comes here and finds out about the problem, to subsequently explain it to the member in the member's native language.
To do it the other way around causes much more confusion and misunderstandings, I can assure you.
And .net works in all essentials, but there are some problems with the Style Template directory.

Thanks Fox...I tried to explain the small differences between the different forums that exist...and I am happy that . net works fine. also for the italian speeking people that are with
.net
Fox, I tried to change the hour until the GMT+13 but it doesn't change.. what can I do?
Thanks for your help, I spoke with Diana today and we found that the best solution for me is going to the UK forum when I have problems with the functions, and in the Italian forum when I need to change something like colors etc. I believe it's the best solution, so you can know and help me if I have some kind of problems, and if Diana (or someone else) come here and translate all, it's better for me so I can follow the instruction in my native language.

All ForumUp support forums can help with all problems. If the staff on one forum do not know the answer, they are supposed to ask for help in our staff section. Then they are to go back to the forum of whatever language and give a translated reply.
The .uk forum is not open to questions.
But, since you know English, you might prefer to just ask here.

Simon: Diana said that if I have problems with functions or my forum is locked for problems like upgrades or work in progress, she can't do anything because I'm not in the Italian platform. So, isnt' it right? Have I to come back in the Italian forum? I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused..
(I hope you understand the concept, sorry for my English, I don't know every technical word..)

Are yo sure? Diana said to me to cancel the forum and remake it on .it because I create confusion asking to resolve problems that in the .it not are and she can't be weighted down from the burden of translation..
So, I don't know how as I have made to end of the .net circuit from an italian link, but if I create all this confusion to the italian staff (and to me too!!), please let me stay in the uk forum.. It will be hard for the language, but if you explain me the things with easy word, I understand..

I told you to do what you wish and want.
I told you that translate from one forum to the other is not our duty...I dont have 24 hours time to translate what you write

Of course I am sure. I am in charge of all the staff of ForumUp.
We have many different support forums in different languages. You can ask questions on any of the ForumUp support forums, but you should use the same language as the support forum.
So, if your best language is Italian, even if your forum is on .net, you can ask questions on .it- but ask in Italian on .it.
All of ForumUp is run by the same Webmaster, Raulken, so in the end, it is all the same. All the functions work the same way on all the domains. They may have different templates, but they all are controlled by Raulken.
You are calling this the "uk" forum, but it is correctly called the "ForumUp English language" forum. Of course you can use this forum to ask questions if you wish.
