I have requested a backup for my forum. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received the backup yet. Forum is at

Raulken is currently away on vacation at the moment, your back-up will be sent when he gets back which should be the beginning of September

Since a back-up is not a urgent matter there is no need to. Raulken is on vacation, but will address matters that only he can handle that are urgent. Getting a back-up is not one of them. So please be patient till he finds the time. Wink

I'm sorry there was not a public announcement. I had not realized that the backup procedure now required Raulken to send the backup, rather than it being automatic.
