Sister, if you mean the colour of the text in the messages, then there is no way to preset that for a certain member, or group of members.
However, what you can do to make it more visible and clear that it is the Admin or a Moderator, is to add Rank Images, and also change the colour of the text in their sidebar profiles.
You can preferably use the colour they have in the Who is Online "box" on the Index page.
To get the correct code (or to change that colour) see this guide:

To change the colour of the Ranks, you go to:
User Admin >> Ranks
A page with all the Ranks come up.
Click Edit on the one you want to change.
The first line says
Rank Title: Site Admin
Add <font color=000000> before the text, to make it look like this
Rank Title: <font color=000000>Site Admin
000000 is black, and just an example. Use the colour code of the colour you want (the one you got from the Who is online). Use the code only, no # before it, and no "" around it.
If you want all the text in the sidebar to be coloured, then you do not add a closing tag after the Site Admin/Moderator text. Leave it just as it looks above. If you only want the colour of the title to change, then add </font> after the title, like this:
Rank Title: <font color=000000>Site Admin</font>
If you want to add a Rank Image as well, open Add new rank -- preferably in a new tab/window -- choose a Rank Image and copy and paste the URL into Rank Image (Relative to phpBB2 root path):
You can see examples of how it looks, with colour changed and all, here:
