My forum is the

Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum!

and i've paid for the advertisments but i have a problem with the backup..!I've talked to the greek admin and told me that only raulken can send me the forum backup cause i need it..Raulken i've sent u a pm too..hope u answer me somewhere..thank u Embarassed

What error do you get? Where does it go wrong? The more information you give us/Raulken, the better we/Raulken can help you, because with the word "problem" it can be so many things! Smile

Yes i get the link in my mail and when i click on it i go to a page with a little double arrow,i click on it and then nothing happens..it justs redirects me in my forum or writes that i can't ask for a backup more than once a day.. Rolling Eyes

I told all that to the Greek admin and told me to ask for the backup from you

Did you first log into your forum, and after that click on the email link? That is what needs to be done.

Our Webmaster Raulken is the only one who can help. Please follow the directions as listed in that FAQ about about backups:

f. Explain in easy English your problem: 'Banned from Forum', 'Backup is hard', etc.
g. Remember you can ask the Webmaster Raulken to send your Backup only after exhausting all possibilities, and never before 2 weeks of trying.

As for the 2 arrows - these ">>". Because I've heard that before.. members not getting further than those, might need a fix then.
