My donate button has disappeared from my index page, how do I get it back as, I and my memers, regularly use this to pay for the removal of ads.

I did go to 'forumup' in the general admin section of my admin panel after I noticed the button was gone. I clicked the paypal icon, but nothing happened, except that I was able to pay for another lot of 150,000 ads to be removed myself. However, as my members are happy to also contibute to the cost of keeping the forum ad-free, I'm wondering how to get the 'donate' button back onto the index page.
