|
|
Forum Up Denmark is down again for only God knows which time. This time it has been down for more than 24 hours just like the last time.
I know that they apparently are doing updates but why are they shutting down the forums while they're updating things?
And when will they be done with the updates? I'm starting to get slightly impatient to be honest. Can't wait to start using the new version _________________

I can see both your forum and the Denmark support forum fine.
The problem must have been solved. _________________ Alvas/Alexander

Just tried to access from another browser to check that it wasn't FireFox that was the problem but that didn't work either. I keep getting this message in both browsers:

Please make sure your computer is connected to internet.
If you have a network firewall installed, please make sure your firewall is not preventing Avant Browser from accessing Internet.

I have no idea what might be causing the problems, but it is not ForumUp's fault since I can see .dk forums fine.
At this moment I cannot think of a reason why are you able to access the .com forum and not the .dk one. Maybe there is an issue with your Internet service provider. _________________ Alvas/Alexander

Have you deleted your cookies and re-started your internet browser?
That might help.. _________________

*sigh* It's down again I've tried deleting cookies and restarting everything but it's still down
So now I don't know if it's down due to updates or if it's just me that can't access the forum _________________

Usually when a whole domain is down there are a lot more users coming here, so I guess the problem has to be at your end.
I still haven't thought of anything what it could be, though. _________________

It's just a bit strange
But I've asked about it on the Danish support board so maybe they have some ideas.
Bye the way... do you have any news on when we can expect version 3 up and running? _________________

No - before we update to version 3 on all ForumUp forums we'll have to test it, after all we're not talking about "just one forum" that has to be updated. So we have to be sure that everything works before switching to 3. I am, however, not sure when Raulken is going to start on the test - he did announce it a few weeks back, but did not give a date. _________________

Now it really is down. It is probably affected by the same thing as .co.uk. We can do nothing but wait for a response from Raulken. _________________ Alvas/Alexander
