can anyone please tell me why i have 'webpage cannot be found' near the top of my forum?
i have looked around support but can't find anything

I looked thoroughly at the top of your forum, I can not find what you are describing. Could you provide a screen shot please? And is this every time you load the forum?

I don't see that on your forum. Maybe it was in the section where the ads are, and at that one time the page for the ad could not be found. So in that case, instead of seeing the ad, you saw, "Webpage cannot be found".

I saw it - and yes it is where the ads are the banner to the ads just isn't loading hence it says the page cannot be displayed.

You would have to pay to remove ads. See in the admin panel under "ForumUp".
