the forum clock on our refuge is 2 hours slow can something be done to put it right please

You can set the time of your forum (in hours) yourself. Set the time in your admin panel (configuration) right for guests/newly registered users.

And tell your members to set it 2 hours ahead/back in their profile (or you can set it for all your members through the admin panel).
