As to what I know you would need to contact Raulken, the owner of ForumUp, to do the backup. Please refer to the FAQ section as there is an FAQ about it.

Moreover, please don't tell your / other's e-mail address.

Thanks for your reply.

Ive read both the English version and Swedish version of the FAQ (forumup.se uses a (broken) automated backup system) and done as stated.

Ive also tried to contact Raulken by email, but havnt received any reply.

I apologize for including the emails. I searched for a rules thread but didnt find anything saying that posting email addresses wasnt allowed.

Your case was reported to the webmaster, and now all we can do is wait. I hope that this time Raulken will answer soon. We are really sorry for the inconvinience.

PS:Posting email addresses is not forbidden on the forum but we prefer not to have any for security reasons. If it is visible it can be used by other users or bots to send spam messages, so it is better for the members if it is not.

We staff on this forum do not know how long it will take, it is now between you and the webmaster. Hopefully he replies to your e-mail promptly. If you haven't received anything from the webmaster in sometime leave us a message here again and we will try to contact him.

Bump!

Its been a week now (and three weeks since I tried to contact Raulken for the first time) and still havnt received any word from him.

The ad free views will soon drop below 700k again and I would really appreciate if this could be resolved before then. I dont like paying for stuff twice.

Thanks.

Hello Johanmlg

In order to receive your backup you have to send me forum owner username and password via PM. ALso forum name.

Then I will send you via Abuse System a code that you (forum owner) have to write to me via another PM. In this last PM please tell me the email that will receive the backup.
