Do NOT send your user name and password to any other person in a case where a staff member is needed to access your admin panel, even if some other person offers to help you if you send your password to them. Some people who answer questions might seem like they are staff members, but they are not. You must be very careful about to whom you give your password!

ForumUp has 30 + Support forums, and those ForumUp support forums have staff. Sometimes visiting ForumUp staff from the other ForumUp support sites answer user questions here. All ForumUp staff have a rank label saying they are ForumUp staff. If you don't see an Official ForumUp rank label, the person is not a ForumUp staff member.
