New Visual Code for Registration

ForumUp now has a new visual confirmation code needed to be typed in a box on the registration page when a registration on a forum is attempted. This kind of code is also called a "captcha".

This new visual confirmation code will greatly reduce the number of spam registrations made by computer programs called "spambots". Spambots have been a problem on all phpBB based forums, such as ForumUp. They usually add a URL to a porn or drug selling site in the profile.

Spambot programs had been able to add the old visual code. The new code is probably not able to be read at all by computer programs; some spambot programs definitely can't read it at all. So all ForumUp forums will now have much less fake, spam registrations!
